Hello — writing lives here now
Short meta-note on what this section is for and what's coming.
This is the writing section of matthewpoletiek.com.
I'll be publishing two kinds of things here:
- Technical writeups — Gentoo on the bleeding edge, GRUB/Dracut/LUKS, Hyprland + Noctalia, neovim/tmux/kitty, and the occasional security or crypto note.
- Longer-form thinking — essays, lessons from building platforms, and whatever's rattling around that feels worth writing down.
New posts ship by editing MDX in content/writing/ and pushing to main. Drafts stay drafts by setting draft: true in frontmatter. No CMS, no admin panel, no friction.
