Four years active duty infantry with 1-91 Cavalry, 173rd Airborne Combat Team — the Sky Soldiers. Sergeant (E-5). Two deployments to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (2009–10 and 2012–13).
First deployment, Radio Telephone Operator coordinating movement of multiple elements under contact and relaying intel to air support and the Tactical Operations Center. Second deployment, led mission planning and execution for two sniper teams, advised leaders on sniper operations, and trained coalition and Afghan forces.
German Sniper School graduate, Hammelburg. Combat Infantryman Badge, Expert Infantryman Badge. Honorably discharged.
Network / Linux Server Administration

Origin story. Ran a NOC overnight on the graveyard shift — networks, servers, facilities, solo. Maintained the data center's SAS-70 certification. Designed custom web, network, and server solutions for clients ranging from individuals to corporations to government. Handled cybersecurity incident response: initial reporting, forensic collection, containment actions when necessary.
